Performance Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing

• Own the performance marketing agenda for D2C Consumer Brand in Bengaluru.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into delivery plans.
• Set and uphold quality standards appropriate to a mid appointment.
• Report progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
• Coach and develop colleagues, raising capability across the wider team.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in Performance Marketing at mid level or equivalent.
• Hands-on strength across Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRO.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-country organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in Bengaluru without sponsorship is preferred.
