QA Automation Lead

What you'll be doing

• Own the qa & test automation agenda for Enterprise SaaS in Hyderabad.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into delivery plans.
• Set and uphold quality standards appropriate to a lead appointment.
• Report progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
• Coach and develop colleagues, raising capability across the wider team.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in QA & Test Automation at lead level or equivalent.
• Hands-on strength across Playwright, CI/CD, Performance Testing.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-country organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in Hyderabad without sponsorship is preferred.
