Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial

What you'll be doing

• Own the in-house counsel agenda for Global Technology Group in Mumbai.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into delivery plans.
• Set and uphold quality standards appropriate to a senior appointment.
• Report progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
• Coach and develop colleagues, raising capability across the wider team.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in In-house Counsel at senior level or equivalent.
• Hands-on strength across Commercial Contracts, SaaS, Data Privacy.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-country organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in Mumbai without sponsorship is preferred.
