What we check

Whether it parses at all
Tables, text boxes, columns and headers routinely get dropped or scrambled by parsers. If a section does not survive parsing, no human ever sees it.

Whether the basics are findable
Contact details, job titles, dates and employers need to sit where a parser expects them. A CV can look immaculate and still lose half its work history.

Whether it matches the language of the role
Screens filter on the words in the job description. Describing the same work in different terms is the most common reason a qualified CV is filtered out.

Whether the claims are specific
"Improved performance" and "reduced costs by 18% over two quarters" carry very different weight with a human reader. We flag the ones doing no work.
Your CV is used to produce your report and nothing else. It is not added to the candidate pool and it is never shown to an employer unless you separately apply for a role.
